About Us
All classes are taught by qualified teachers in a fun filled educational environment.
The principal teachers are Sandra Biddle and her daughter Blathnaid Biddle also a primary school teacher.
Classes include, Poetry, Solo Drama, Group Drama, Movement to music, Public Speaking, Storytelling; and Musical Theatre.
The school follows the academic year with pupils P5 and up taking Grade Exams in Speech and Drama.
Sandra Biddle MBE
The Founder, Director and Teacher at the school is local lady Sandra Biddle. Sandra graduated with a BSC Hons in Human Communication and a P.G.C.E in Primary Teaching. She initially taught at the North West College before moving to the University of Ulster Magee College where she lectured in Human Communications. In 1991 she founded the Foyle School of Speech and Drama.
Blathnaid Biddle
Graduated from the University of Glasgow with the B Ed in Primary School Teaching. During her time in Glasgow, she completed her Licentiate Teaching Diploma in Speech and Drama. After a year teaching in Dubai Blathnaid returned home and is now a full-time teacher in a local primary school.
